Moulin à VentAux Michelons

A large hillside terroir near the village of Chénas, which, before it was bought, was part of the Moulin-à-Vent cuvée of old vines of Hubert Lapierre.
This is one of the greatest terroirs of Moulin-à-Vent, which is reminiscent of the secular Burgundian clos. There is also a similarity in style, because here the Gamay on granitic sands pinote, with its notes of cherry, rose and its tapered taffeta texture.
