The estate has created a range of wines called ‘Ni trop, ni trop peu’ (Neither too much nor too little), offering accessible wines in terms of style and price, focused on pleasure while remaining serious and demanding in terms of production. A delicate, floral and peppery nose precedes a lively, sapid, fresh and slender palate. A chiselled, refined wine that achieves a stylistic synthesis between Fleurie and Moulin-à-Vent.
