Sparkling Natural roséCinétique

The base is a blend of all the terroirs of the estate in red, selected for early maturity and less coloured, more immediate juices. Vinified using the ancestral method, it has an alcohol content of around 10° and less than 20 grams of residual sugar, which makes it resemble a Cerdon du Bugey. However, it has a lighter colour and notes of apple and pear. The palate is smooth and tender.
