Noli me tangere (‘Touch me not’) is Saint Jerome's Latin translation of the address Mê mou haptou in the Gospel according to John. The address is made by the risen Jesus to Mary Magdalene. With this cuvée, Jules wanted to show the ultimate potential of Fleurie. A prodigious wine of finesse, with a mellow texture. Endlessly long.
