Essentially volcano-sedimentary terroir. The rock appears at a depth of 30-40 cm and the roots descend along the vertical faces of the prisms to a depth of more than 1.50 m.
From a very fine terroir in the appellation that is reminiscent of the Pouillys from the same village, it delivers a full-bodied palate, with a texture that is both smooth and firm, which lingers with liquorice and menthol, with a marked freshness.
