The estate has created a range of wines called ‘Ni trop, ni trop peu’ (Neither too much nor too little), offering accessible wines in terms of style and price, focused on pleasure while remaining seriously and rigorously produced.
The blend varies depending on the vintage, but the base is Le Mont Nord and Le Bief. It has a refined floral nose with spices reminiscent of Vosne-Romanée in Burgundy. It shows great liveliness, with its flesh beautifully enveloping its tannic structure.
