Moulin à Vent L'Éphémère

A selection of terroirs around Les Vérillats and La Rochelle. Produced only in 2022, this traditional-style wine (un-destemmed grapes) opens with spicy strawberry, then develops notes of liquorice and clove. On the palate, it is smooth, elegant and very flavourful. Already accessible, it will also age well.
